I just read her book, This Crazy Vegan Life. The first five chapters are about how we have
eaten and lived poorly and gotten ourselves into the health crisis we currently
have. Given Christina’s other books,
there is a good deal of repetition, though she continues to refine and develop
her views, and the humor and encouragement of her books are powerful.
The sixth chapter is a new selection of
vegan recipes and a twenty-one day meal plan.
The seventh chapter addresses exercise,
and Christina outlines her exercise routine.
The eighth chapter is about everything
else, including recommended cleaning products.
The book ends with a large resource
guide.
The book is well-written, enjoyable, and
health-promoting. If you have her other
books, you may want to weight the benefits of getting this one since there is a
good deal of repetition.
