Rita Mae Brown and Sneaky Pie Brown make a great team as
they write their series of mysteries starring Mary Minor “Harry” Haristeen and
her cat, Mrs. Murphy. Their books are
relaxing, challenging and fun.
In Hiss of Death, Harry and her animal menagerie
are off to solve a mystery again: when
Harry needs medical attention, she finds a dead nurse without a mark on her
indicating what might have happened. And
she is not the only one who will die on the hospital staff.
The Brown’s take us into danger as they put the pieces
together.
Very enjoyable.
